This is a space for real talk, deep listening, and reclaiming your power—whether you're riding the hormonal rollercoaster or reawakening a part of yourself that’s been dormant for years.

Led by trauma-informed facilitator, Dr. Evelin Dacker, expect laughter, maybe some tears, myth-busting, practical tips, and somatic practices. We center truth over shame, and community over isolation. All gender expressions welcome.
