Dr. Evelin Dacker offers trauma-informed, sex-positive, and inclusive care. That means no shame, no rushed appointments, and no assumptions about your body, gender, or relationships. You’re treated as a whole person — not a collection of symptoms. Evelin meets you where you are and offers real, holistic support.
 

Do you accept health insurance?

No, Evelin operates on a private pay model to provide more personalized, flexible care. This allows us to spend more time with each patient and offer services that traditional insurance often doesn’t cover — like in-depth sexual wellness consultations and gender-affirming care.

However, we can provide a superbill (a receipt with codes) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan.
 

Where is your office located?

Dr. Dacker sees clients in Salem, Oregon. The office is a welcoming and private space designed to feel calm, safe, and affirming. Address and directions are shared upon booking.

Some services are also available virtually throughout Oregon. Just ask!
 

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes! Evelin offers secure telehealth visits for most services, including hormone consultations, coaching, STI counseling, and sexual wellness sessions. You’ll receive the same compassionate care — from the comfort of your home.

Note: Some services, like physical exams or certain labs, require an in-person visit.

Do you offer gender-affirming hormone therapy?

What if I need help understanding another doctor’s diagnosis?

Evelin offers medical advocacy and care navigation. That means she can review your records, explain complex medical language, and help you make decisions that feel right for you. Perfect for folks who feel dismissed by traditional providers.
 

Can you help with menopause and hormone balance?

Yes! Evelin offers midlife and menopause support that goes beyond just prescribing hormones. We’ll explore lifestyle, herbal, or medical interventions to help with symptoms like hot flashes, low libido, mood swings, or vaginal dryness — all without shame or condescension.
 

Are your services only for women?

Nope! Evelin works with people of all genders and identities. Services are designed to support sexual health, wellness, and healing for anyone — including men, trans folks, and nonbinary people.
 

What is the cost of services?

Prices vary by service and are listed on this page. Most sessions range from $125–$300, depending on time and complexity. Coaching and advocacy services are usually billed hourly. Payment plans or sliding scale may be available for BIPOC or trans clients — just ask.
 

Do you offer coaching outside of Oregon?

Yes. While clinical services are limited to Oregon residents, life coaching and intimacy mentoring are available nationally (and in some cases internationally). These sessions are not medical care but can be deeply supportive for anyone working through shame, burnout, or desire disconnection.
